Your baby has arrived - now let’s make sure you have the support and care you need as you settle into this new chapter.

About Postpartum Support

As a doula, I offer support to families with infants as everyone adjusts to their new norm at home.  The first few months post postpartum are often full of brand new experiences and challenges. The  purpose of a doula is to offer emotional support, physical support, and experienced advice  tailored to your circumstances.

Scope of Services

When I come into your home, my goal is to actively take things off your plate - whether that means caring for your baby while you rest, preparing food, helping with older siblings, tackling the dishes and laundry, or sharing practical tools to make your days feel more manageable. Each visit is tailored to what your family needs that day, with the goal of leaving you with a little more rest, a little less to worry about, and more energy to focus on yourself and your new baby.
